The JL & JT Bruiser Front Skid is an upgrade option to the JL & JT Bruiser Series front bumper. This skid attaches right at the bottom of the Bruiser bumper to hide and protect the stock crash bar, plus also has a extension to protect the electric swaybar disconnect motor found on all Rubicon JL's. This product comes in Poison Spyder's SpyderShell Armor Coat. The skid is made of CNC laser-cut 3/16" steel. The design is engineered to be low profile yet extremely heavy duty. That is, its size and shape is the smallest it can be in order to miss rocks and trail obstacles altogether, allowing the tires to grip and pull the Jeep up and over the obstacle thats in your way. But if the skid does make contact the 3/16" plate steel will protect the Rubicon electric sway bar disconnect, while its slanted design helps slide the Jeep. Poison Spyder's signature oval holes remove excess weight while also great looks.
